Texas Angels

This is a story of our two angels who helped us in Texas last week. We were driving to San Antonio for Jerry to speak at Tex Brown’s “Round Up.” We were in the middle of nowhere, Texas, at 12 midnight, and we got a flat tire!  Jerry🤠 wisely saw that there was no place to go but across the median and back to the exit we had just passed by. We took that exit, found a 24-hour gas station, and pulled in with our super-flat tire. Jerry tried all those cans that are supposed to fill up your flat tire, but none of them worked. Then a small Mexican guy came running towards us and said he could help us because he had a compressor! We were thrilled! He tried to inflate our tire. But no luck 😐 Then a big, strong guy pulled up in a truck and said he could help, too. Notice that it’s after midnight, and the Lord sends us a big angel and a small angel. Wait till you hear the rest of the story! So, after trying all these methods to fill our tire up, the big guy said, “You’re just gonna have to get out your spare.” Our spare is underneath our car, so there was no way that Jerry or the big guy could crawl under to get it. The small guy was a perfect
fit! He got the tire down, and the big guy put it in place. Our 2 guys worked hard getting all the nuts off & putting the spare on! This took about an hour. I’m just praying & praising the Lord. Jerry is encouraging them
all the time. Finally, it is done. Jerry tells them, I hope you know you both are angels that God sent us. We were in deep trouble & God sent y’all to rescue us! The big guy said he wasn’t an angel. We told him he certainly was!
We 4 huddled up to pray together in the gas station parking lot. We gave them each $120. They didn’t want to take it. Jerry told them that the Lord assured him that
they should have it. They could give it to their church, their friends or whoever they wanted. Then the big guy said he had never been to this gas station before. He was only here so late at night because he had to take something to his uncle’s house. He was almost out of gas, and his uncle told him to stop at this gas station. There we were with a flat tire, and he was prompted to help us. Jerry gives them both a blessing, and now we are all weepy because of what God has done!
God sent two angels at midnight to help us in our time of need. We were in nowhere, TX & the Lord sent us just what we needed!  He sent us two angels, unaware, to help us. Thank You, Lord !!!
