Hey my dear friends!
We hope you had a happy Thanksgiving! We are so very thankful for your friendship and your prayers. They mean the world to us. As the year winds down we wanted to use this opportunity to share some of the things our Lord has made us a part of this fall. We are always excited to share the Gospel and love to share the opportunities God puts before us.
Women’s Valley Wide Gathering in Westcliffe, Colorado

Posse Table Hosts , Prayer Team, Work crew, Decorators, Greeters
Cowgirl & Citygirl find God’s comfort in hard places.
Elin the rancher and cowgirl and Holly the City Girl shared their stories of God’s faithfulness in painful times. Many of you have prayed for my friend Elin when her two sons drowned 2 years ago. A tragic loss for her family that rocked our entire community. The memorial service had to be held in the high school gymnasium. Elin’s testimony and faith in Christ was very powerful and God’s great comfort was obvious to all.
This was a tremendous team effort. Our dear Amish friends & neighbors cooked for the women. My wonderful Posse for Christ prayed, sent out invitations, bought flowers & decorated tables for a beautiful event. We had over 67 women attend in our little town!
Annual 4th of July Celebration

Lots of help from great friends Cindy, Carter, Anne & Dan
For the past several years we have hosted a big party to reach out to old friends and new friends at our home here in Westcliffe. Our place is named Morning Star Ranch. This is what Christ is referred to in the Revelation. This is an ancient symbol for the resurrection of Christ. PTL!
This year we had over 50 people come and celebrate with us. Jerry does a great job of setting the tone with prayers for our country, our service men and our families. We were also thankful to have our Birmingham friends Dan & Anne Roberts along with Carter & Cindy Harsh to help with everything!!!

What a tremendous answer to prayer! We have such amazing women. Elin and I share teaching responsibilities. We have a super team of table hosts who care for their ladies and facilitate the table talk as we go over our homework. We are studying Chip Ingram’s workbook “Transformed – The Miracle of Life Change.” Our goal is to know the love of Christ, grow in the love of Christ, to show the love of Christ and to share the love of Christ.
There is a lot of excitement and a lot of healing as women have this opportunity to meet other women from all over the valley. We have Baptist, Catholic, Bible chuuch, Lutheran, Amish, Cowboy Church, and some who are not so sure.
